How is my order going to be shipped?

I ship all packages via USPS (United Post Office) shipping. Please allow time for your order to be shipped, note that it may take up to 10 business days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

I do not offer international shipping at this time.

How is the shipping fee for my order calculated?

What if my order arrives broken?

Please take a photo and contact me by replying to your order confirmation email or through my contact information. I will refund the order or we can discuss a plan to replace the item on a future order.

Do you take returns?

All sales are final, I do not take returns. Since each item is handmade one at a time, there will be some slight variation in shape, size, and glaze application. No two items will be identical, each piece is special and unique!

Unfortunately, if your order is marked as delivered and you have not received your package, I cannot refund the cost of the order or shipping charges. Dionna Martel Ceramics and the USPS are not responsible for packages that are stolen or otherwise not delivered when they have a "delivered" status.

Product Information and Care

The majority of my work is in stoneware clay bodies, although some items may be made from earthenware. All glazes used on dinnerware/drinking vessels, etc. are food-safe.

All pieces are dishwasher safe, unless otherwise noted. if you are unsure, feel free to reach out to me via the About page.
